Qypinoy.com provides services for organizing romantic dates on rooftops. Our services include but are not limited to: rooftop venue reservation, decoration arrangements, catering options, and photography services. The specific details of each service will be outlined during the booking process.
As a user of our services, you agree to:
All bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance. A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled event will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made between 24-72 hours will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event. We reserve the right to cancel events due to extreme weather conditions, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control, in which case a full refund will be provided.

All content on Qypinoy.com, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Qypinoy.com and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written consent. Photos taken during events by our photographers remain our property, though clients will receive copies for personal use only. Commercial use of these images is prohibited without written permission.
Qypinoy.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for personal injuries, property damage, or loss of personal items during events unless directly caused by our gross negligence.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Qypinoy.com, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
